Important Note :

Remember, Tenerife Properties Direct (TPD) charge no commission on the sale of your property.  As a seller, you can effectively reduce the asking price of your property without reducing your return ie. the money you get.

For example :

• Agent's price : 210,000€ -  Seller gets 200,000€

• TPD Price     :  200,000€ - Seller gets 200,000€

• Buyer sees lower price with TPD

• Buyer saves 10,000€
